As aRestaurant General Manager, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations across multiple restaurants.
You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your portfolio's P&L.
Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit.

Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities
Collaborate and present actionable strategies with the team and senior leadership
Previous success in meeting KPIs through action plans
Lead a team and provide a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, through surprise and delight
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong people focus with the ability to deliver an outstanding interviewing, onboarding and training experience
Demonstrated success in developing future leaders
High quality food focus which is evident in your restaurant team; ability to train head cooks that know their food recipes and procedures
