We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee daily operations, staff management, customer service, inventory, and scheduling.
* Assist in managing day-to-day operations
* Oversee staff management, education, and training
* Maintain a consistent atmosphere that aligns with the venue's brand
* Ensure exceptional venue standards in cleanliness and presentation
* Manage inventory and order supplies as required
* Assist with scheduling staff and manage payroll
Requirements include:
* Hospitality experience, preferably in a pub or nightclub setting
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Great customer service skills and conflict resolution
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think effectively on your feet
* Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
