Procurement & Inventory Administrator
Job Summary:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, ensuring smooth procurement processes, and timely reporting. Your analytical skills and ability to work independently will enable you to make a significant impact in this role.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Enter and maintain accurate inventory data in our Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
* Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports that provide valuable insights into our operations.
* Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Analyse inventory needs and recommend solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong numerical and analytical skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate ability to compose and analyse technical data are also required. Our ideal candidate has experience with inventory/procurement systems, preferably SAP, CRM, or Salesforce.
