Renewable Energy Project Development Manager
Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of renewable projects, including solar, wind and battery storage initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development lifecycle of these projects from conceptualization to financial close. This will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including landowners, communities, regulators and policy makers.
1. Potentially anything that falls under the banner of project development from landowner liaison to grid connection negotiations Treat each project as if it were your own portfolio investment
2. Assist the wider Investment Team through asset growth opportunities as required by contributing expertise during evaluation phases acquisition bids negotiation processes due diligence work supporting directors through internal approval processes etc
3.
