Key Responsibilities
This role involves welcoming patients, collecting and entering their personal details.
Scheduling appointments is also a crucial aspect of the job.
Triage referrals to Radiation & Medical Oncologist, answer telephone calls and respond to enquiries are all important tasks.
Additionally, entering and processing patient billing and balancing daily banking are key responsibilities.
Maintaining and managing patient information, monitoring and assessing the administration care path of all patients are also essential duties.
The ideal candidate will possess basic knowledge of medical terminology and Medicare and DVA claims.
Supporting Icon's WHS Officers and committees to effectively carry out their responsibilities is also required.
The successful candidate will model and promote Icon's vision and values.
