The Stage II Group is a National Clothing Wholesaler & Retailer, with well-known brands such as Elm, All About Eve, St Goliath, Silent Theory, Foxwood, Eve Sister, Jorge, St Goliath Boys and Animal Crackers.
We are currently seeking Casual Warehouse Pick Packer's to join our team at our distribution facility at the new Wilmac Industrial Park in Corio, Victoria.
Skills and experience:
* Previous warehouse pick and pack experience is required
* Pick and pack orders
* Ability to use RF scanning units
* Keen eye for detail & ability to work within set kpi’s
* Operate in a fast-paced environment
* Strong Organisational Skills and attention to Detail
* Ability to multitask
* Able to be Operational in line with business Occupational Health & safety guidelines
* Ability to work unsupervised
* General cleaning & housekeeping duties as required
* Adhere to all day-to-day Warehouse Operational Processes & Procedure
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Pick and pack daily orders
* Meets Daily Pick rate in a timely, safe & structured manner
* Picks Orders in line with Warehouse Order Picking Process
* Ability to communicate errors to relevant parties
* Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
* Performs other duties assigned
* Perform all day-to-day tasks in line with Stage II Occupational Health and Safety Protocol
* Punctual and Hardworking
* Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the work environment
* Strong People Skills
* Positive mindset and ability to work in a team environment

* Ability to work within a team environment and assist others where possible
* Time management
* Is punctual and reliable
* Have prior experience working in a busy warehouse environment
* Practice safe and always correct manual handling
* Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines
