About this Opportunity
We are now seeking a pro-active Production Operator who is ready to make a positive impact to our South Brisbane team. The position is a full-time permanent role.
We require a team-oriented and highly skilled operator who is self-motivated, able to work shift work and overtime as required, and have a strong focus on safety and quality. Previous experience in any of the following areas will be highly regarded:
* Operating fill and pack production lines
* Store room management and stocktaking multiple SKUs
* Food industry experience
The successful candidate will possess exceptional fault-finding / troubleshooting skills, effective communication skills, and a solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles. Sound numeracy and literacy skills are required. Further warehousing or food processing qualifications would be advantageous, as would any experience with SAP.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is flexible and adaptable to work a variety of rosters, who pays attention to detail, and who can build positive relationships and rapport within the business.
