You will play a key role in building next-generation Wi-Fi chips that truly enable the Internet of Things (IoT). You'll work in a dynamic & fun environment with a team of wireless experts who love to innovate and invent.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Design, integrate, verify and bring-up an IEEE 802.11ah PHY to be used in our family of Wi-Fi chips.
* Work with digital, systems and firmware teams to architect and verify the PHY and ensure functional and performance goals are achieved.
Responsibilities include:
* Development of 802.11ah PHY using Scala (Chisel), System Verilog and C.
* Functional verification of 802.11ah PHY in RTL simulators, SDF-annotated gate level simulators and AMS simulators using SystemVerilog, Verilog-A, Matlab, C and Python.
Requirements:
* BSc/MSc/PhD in Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineering or Computer Science.
* At least 3 years experience as a PHY IC Design Engineer.
* Solid understanding of digital signal processing (DSP), with emphasis on HW implementation.
* A deep understanding of digital design fundamentals including low power and multi-clock-domain design.
