You'll also be working across our creative sibling Project C Studios is Brisbane's newest podcast and content studio, built by podcasters ... for podcasters and located just off James Street.
After booking hundreds of studio sessions for ourselves and our clients we could never find the studio we wanted ... so we built it.
Our studio is designed to be fully customisable to suit your brand and aesthetic and our priority is to always make you look, feel and sound your best.
The Role:
We've been growing quickly, and so have our shows. We design all of our shows as if we are creating a brand, we know who we're trying to talk to and what they need to hear.
This is not the same video editing roles you've seen published on seek.
We don't want you to 'cut clips together'
We want you to be able to tell stories through the videos you create.
If you are obsessed with reverse engineering hooks, want to create content that actually makes a difference and helps people through a really tough day, gives them the pep talk they need for a big life change or even the skill they've been trying to master - we do this ... and more.
We are growing FAST on Youtube, TikTok and Instagram so you must have experience with this platform, thumbnails, titles and testing here.
What you'll Own:
What you'll Actually Do:
* Build channel strategies for our clients incorporating their podcasts and ensuring this aligns with overall brand and content strategy
* End to end management of selected channels and strategic recommendations for client owned channels
* Creating edits for Youtube Shorts, Tiktok and Instagram for our clients using podcast footage
* Providing feedback and guidance for clients on videography setup and additional trends to incorporate Identifying ways to constantly innovate and ensure these videos and audiograms stand out across each platform. Complete end to end long form edits for Youtube including thumbnail creation
You'll thrive in this role if you:
* Have incredible attention to detail

* Are obsessed with TikTok and IG, and already creating content for yourself or others
* Are proactive, take initiative and are a naturally fast learner
* Genuinely care about the success of your clients, your team and creating work that you are proud of
* Always want to stay ahead of the curve and find ways to innovate and stand out
* Set high standards for yourself and love a fast paced environment
* Have worked with founders or personal brands in the past (or would love to)
* Are a reliable, fast and clear communicator
You'll need:
* Proven experience editing Reels/TikToks (must include examples with captions, transitions, B-roll)
* Strong graphic design skills
* To understand marketing psychology or be willing to quickly upskill and learn in this area
* Comfortable using tools like CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere Pro, After Effects and InDesign
* An eye for trends and coming up with new ideas
