Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
Covering our Newstead clinic, as the Retail Consultant / CPAP Therapy Consultant, you are employed on a part time basis working 22.8 hours a week.
Our clinics' primary objective is to assist our clients/patients with tailored end-to-end solutions, treatments and management of obstructive sleep apnea.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:
Full and comprehensive trainings are provided
Being the first point of contact for our new/existing clients
Providing advice on CPAP equipment, set-ups and on-going services
Interacting with physicians, hospitals and medical service providers
Upselling of our products and services
Maintaining and sterilising clinic equipment
Processing orders and clinic stocktake
Are you a MATCH?:
Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales
Effective communication skills
Ability to work autonomously in clinic
Sound customer service experience: customer lifecycle stages
Computer skills and confidence in using google suites
Interest in CPAP therapy/sleep medicine
Solid organisational and administrational skills
