As a Construction Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing all design activities across multiple construction projects, ensuring that all design work is completed in accordance with project specifications, contracts, and applicable regulations. You collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee design activities during early contract involvement on projects and progressing into a site based role. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors for timely, cost-effective project delivery. Assist with D&C design development including reviews with Subcontractors Develop and maintain project design schedules and budgets, providing regular updates on progress and potential issues to senior management. Review project specifications and contracts, identifying design requirements and constraints, and resolving design-related issues. Ensure accurate and up-to-date project design records and documents, and manage the design process, including development, review, and approval.
