We are looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Lead (RN) in Dayton, WA!
Our Family Practice Clinics provide exceptional and experienced care by our Medical and Dental providers and is a one-stop solution for all family health needs. Our 3 locations in Dayton, Waitsburg, and College Place includes a friendly staff of Registered Nurses and Certified Medical and Dental Assistants who ensure comfort throughout patient visits. The teams work to holistically treat the whole patient, pushing the boundaries of what we can do in the name of improving patient health outcomes. Our integrated approach to healthcare is what sets us apart as we offer behavioral health and dental services, alongside family practice so our patients receive comprehensive care. We work together to personalize patient treatments and put the patient at the center of our care.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: $38.00 - $52.00 per hour, based on years of experience, education, and licensing.
Full-Time, 40 hours/week (Monday - Friday).
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus included!
Full-Time Benefits include: Medical/Dental/Vision & Basic Life Insurance; eligibility to participate in a 401K Plan, as well as PTO and Sick Time Accruals.
In this role, you will guide, train and support the clinical support staff in the outpatient clinical setting in the Dayton and Waitsburg Clinics. Duties include:
1. Being the lead resource for clinic support staff.
2. Liaison between clinical team and front staff team.
3. Training new clinical staff and performing annual skills testing.
4. Leading monthly clinical team meetings.
5. Evaluating clinical workflows.
6. Overseeing clinical chart audits.
7. Collaborating with clinical management.
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare field as a licensed professional, and licensed through Washington State as a Registered Nurse (RN).
