We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.


This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for providing top-notch service. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.



Key Responsibilities

* Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

* Maintain Accuracy and Efficiency: Accurately process guest reservations, updates, and special requests while maintaining high levels of efficiency.

* Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and courteous communication with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders across various channels.

* Solve Problems and Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during a guest's stay, ensuring they depart satisfied.



Requirements

* Demonstrated Experience: Proven background in delivering high-quality service within a hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing environment.

* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate information clearly and effectively across various mediums.

* Positive Attitude: Consistently deliver an exceptional standard of service, exhibiting a proactive and positive approach to addressing guest needs.

* Presentation and Appearance: Maintain a polished and professional presentation, reflecting the values and standards of the organisation.
