Shifa Health Clinic is seeking a paediatric Speech Pathologist (Contractor) to join our warm, supportive, and growing team.
We are an NDIS registered provider working primarily with children and families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Our practice is family‐centred, culturally responsive, and grounded in genuine care—for both our clients and our clinicians.
This is a mobile, community-based role, with sessions primarily located in the Canterbury–Bankstown area. We offer real flexibility, strong clinical support, and excellent remuneration—without burnout culture or unrealistic targets.

About the Role
* Deliver speech pathology services to paediatric NDIS participants
* Work closely with families from a wide range of cultural backgrounds
* Collaborate with support coordinators, educators, and allied health professionals
* Complete clinical documentation using provided systems and templates
Essential Requirements
* ABN
* Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
* Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* National Police Check
* Current Driver's Licence
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
* Current Speech Pathology Australia membership
