Reporting to the Branch Manager - Kalgoorlie, the Administrator - Service Operations will play an integral role in supporting our Kalgoorlie Branch through a variety of administrative and customer-facing tasks.
This is a 12-month contract position.
What you’ll do:
* Handle reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls
* Perform general administrative tasks to support branch operations
* Manage merchandising and stock maintenance activities
* Ensure quality assurance and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
* Adhere to WesTrac policies and procedures in all administrative activities
* Provide customer-facing support as needed
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a Customer Service or similar role
* SAP experience is highly desirable
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Professional computer literacy and data entry skills
* Adaptability to perform efficiently in a diverse environment
