Job Description
We're currently offering a range of culinary opportunities with flexible arrangements, including casual, part-time, and full-time roles. If you have experience in fast-paced restaurant or event settings, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work across two well-equipped kitchens and multiple outlets, contributing to a variety of services including à la carte, buffet, cold larder, mise-en-place, and large-scale banquets.
We are actively recruiting for the following roles:
* Chef de Partie – Full-Time
* Commis Pastry Chef – Part-Time
* Commis Chef – Casual

Qualifications
About You
* Relevant trade qualifications and previous experience in hotel or high-volume kitchen environments
* A strong understanding of food safety standards and compliance
* A service-focused mindset with attention to detail
* Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting
* Strong communication and teamwork skills across all levels of the kitchen
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
