Overview
Digital Marketing Specialist – Client Solutions Group at Macquarie Asset Management. The Digital Marketing team is responsible for growth and client engagement for products across infrastructure and real assets, green investments, credit, insurance, real estate, public investments and active ETFs through public-facing websites. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team that encourages ideas and drives outcomes.
What role will you play? You will play a key role in the strategy, design, execution and measurement of web-based campaigns, and work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders including investment portfolio managers, senior sales leaders, marketing experts and delivery partners who manage content management systems. This role is accountable for the digital experience in APAC for Macquarie Asset Management's public-facing websites, which support clients and prospects in understanding our capabilities and engage with governments, partners and portfolio companies. You will develop strategy for new campaign and content pages, oversee execution of web changes, monitor site performance, develop optimisations to enhance performance, and partner with internal stakeholders to backlog new technical features.
What You Offer
* 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced Growth Marketing team, ideally with experience delivering web-based campaigns
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology or a related field
* Understanding of web best practices, including UX/UI design, search engine optimisation, conversion rate optimisation, web performance, copywriting, usability and accessibility standards. Experience with tools such as Figma, AEM, Google Analytics and SEMRush
* Data-driven mindset with experience analysing performance of past projects, communicating outcomes to stakeholders, and adapting approaches for future initiatives
