* Lead the development and implementation of multi-regional advocacy strategies.
* Manage advocacy staff, oversee campaign budgets, and lead innovation in advocacy models.
* Enhance stakeholder engagement with senior leadership, board members, and high-level external partners.
* Assign accountability for organizational reputation and strategic risk management in advocacy.
* Deliver measurable impact on strategic objectives, funding, and partnerships through influential messaging and knowledge products.
* Design and draft key advocacy messages and briefs, work with researchers to translate evidence into concise messages, and ensure close collaboration with project scientists and thematic leads.
* Identify narrative hooks and frames to make evidence resonate with investors, policymakers, or philanthropies.
* Design and oversee content production for presentations, speeches, public announcements, and statements.
* Ensure objectives are integrated and supportive of CIFOR-ICRAF's communications and organizational strategy.
