The role of a Specialised Caregiver involves providing personal care to clients, including showering and dressing, as well as assisting with daily living tasks.
About the Position
* We are seeking an individual who is patient and solutions-focused, with previous experience in aged or community care, or be willing to start a career in this field.
* A valid Driver's Licence and access to an insured, reliable car is essential for this role.
* It is desirable for applicants to hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
* This position requires flexibility and the ability to meet changing client needs, as well as holding valid work rights in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide personal care to clients, including showering and dressing.
2. Assist with household chores, such as meal preparation and light house cleaning.
3. Transport clients to appointments and shopping, using your own car.
4. Administer medication to clients as directed.
