Millers Strata Maintenance offers cleaning and care taking services to the strata industry. We offer services such as common area cleaning and maintenance, gardening, lawn mowing, pressure cleaning and rubbish removal services. Millers Strata Maintenance has been operating for over 25 years in the Eastern suburbs area of Sydney and prides itself in offering a high standard to its clients. We have a great team and we always work hard to develop and maintain great relationships between staff and clients.
About the role
We are currently looking for full time people to fill positions. The role as a strata cleaner within our business, is to maintain the internal areas of the apartment buildings we maintain, along with some external duties. Internal duties include Vacuuming, mopping, cleaning glass windows, dusting etc and external duties include such tasks as bin management, blowing hard surface areas and keeping the grounds clean and tidy. All work is local to the Eastern suburbs and between the hours of pm every day. This is an employee role with all the perks including superannuation and is not a sub contractor role. We would start the successful candidate, on a casual 3 month trial period at the rate starting from $ per week after tax + superannuation for a 40 hour week.

Skills and experience
We are looking for:

* Minimum 1-2 years of strata cleaning or caretaking experience required.

* Reliable and Punctual and good time management skills
* People with attention to detail, to deliver a great service
* Have a drivers licence and confident driving in the city
* Full driver's licence is essential for this position.
* Experience in dealing with clients and good communication skills
* Australian work authorisation is required for this role.
