Make an impact at SercoAs the Procurement Manager – Strategy & Operations (Asia Pacific), you’ll lead the strategic and operational delivery of procurement across the division. Reporting to the Finance Director – Corporate Services, you’ll ensure procurement activities are aligned to business priorities, optimised for value, and underpinned by strong governance and risk management.This is a senior leadership role where you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Service Lines, providing trusted advice, driving category strategy, and building a high-performing procurement function that supports growth, bids, and long-term service delivery.
As a Procurement Manager, you’ll make a positive impact by:Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing procurement teamDefining and delivering a forward-looking APAC Procurement PlanBuilding strong, trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholdersEducating stakeholders on procurement strategy, governance, and best practiceEnsuring alignment with regional category and sourcing strategiesProviding governance and oversight of sourcing and procurement projectsSupporting bid responses and business transitions with commercial insightOverseeing buying support and purchase-to-pay operationsIdentifying and managing supplier and category risk across the divisionContributing to budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation initiatives
