Project Manager, Motorway Systems (Up to 45 months Temporary Prospect)
Transport for NSW is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of motorway systems projects. The successful candidate will have experience in technical and commercial management, as well as project management experience in managing and driving strategic programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and project management of control systems and electrical systems works for motorway and road tunnel projects
- Ensure delivery of Operational Technology (OT) systems and electrical equipment for motorway projects
- Manage a team of up to 4 project engineering resources
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to achieve common business objectives
- Develop collaborative relationships with motorway operators, government, and other stakeholders
About You:
- Engineering degree from an Australian University or equivalent overseas qualification (preferable Electrical or related)
- Demonstrated experience in technical and commercial management and delivery of multiple and complex OT/ICT integration projects
- Project management experience in managing and driving strategic programs
- Sound knowledge of systems engineering processes and application to complex infrastructure
- Advanced communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully and effectively with people at all levels
