About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Crestmead team immediately. This is a hands-on, full-time role.
You will provide support across the finance team, with core responsibility for accounts payable, general ledger tasks, reconciliations, and admin support.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform the day-to-day processing of large volume of supplier invoices, including matching to purchase orders, in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
* Accurate GST classification and coding of accounts payable transactions
* Supplier/ client account creation, management, and reconciliation
* Implement policy and process improvements
* Reconciliations of all Bank accounts and other general ledger accounts
* General support of Finance, Procurement and Administration teams
* Conduct bank, project, and general ledger reconciliations
* Competent and confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Provide general finance and administrative support to the team
About You
You’ll bring:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, payable
* Proficiency with Xero accounting software
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* A professional attitude, proactive work-ethic and ability to meet deadlines
