We are seeking Experienced or Trainee Off the Road (OTR) Tyre Repairers.
Experienced OTR Tyre Repairer
Increased hourly rates once competent in BMSA tyre repair processes
Structured training in BMSA tyre repair processes
Increased hourly rates once competency levels attained
Career progression to Leading Hand and beyond within a global icon
Remuneration – we offer two options both Mon-Fri:
Option 1 – Standard 38 hrs/week with award defined overtime
Option 2 – Guaranteed 50 hrs/week flat hourly rate
In addition to both options $20,000 annual site allowance paid in weekly instalments
Example of total annual package for Option 2 - 50 hr week:
$142,000 to $182,000 plus super depending on experience, ability & attitude.

Learn to diagnose & troubleshoot tyre / wheel / rim / tube damage
Perform OTR tyre duties while meeting operational & safety requirements
Work to the service standard protocols of BMSA & our customers
Ensure all equipment used on site meets operational & safety requirements
About You – Essential
Resident in the Port Hedland area – this is not FIFO
Forklift licence (LF) or ability to obtain
Strong commitment to the safety of yourself & others
Fit & able to carry out manual labour requirements
Punctual, reliable & a team player with a can-do attitude
Current work rights in Australia
About You – Preferred
Valid drivers licence (HR preferred)
Experience in mining or heavy industries
