We are seeking a proactive trainee Off the Road (OTR) Tyre Repairer.
Join us to "Earn While You Learn."
We offer the option for a guaranteed 50 hours per week Mon‑Fri at a flat rate.
In addition, there is a $20,000 annual site allowance paid in weekly instalments.
Total annual package for 50 hour week: $142,000 plus super.
On achieving competency as an OTR Tyre Repairer, there are opportunities to progress to Leading Hand Tyre Repairer.

The Opportunity
* Gain skills & experience in the field of OTR (Off The Road) tyre repairs in accordance with industry best practice
* Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot tyre / wheel / rim / tube damage
* Understand the importance of equipment used on or off site to perform OTR tyre duties safely, meet operational & safety requirements
* Work to best practice & the service standard protocols of BMSA & our customers
* Ensure all equipment used on site meets operational requirements & allow work to be carried out in a safe manner
About You – Essential
* Forklift licence (LF) or ability to obtain
* Strong commitment to the safety of yourself & others
* Fit & able to carry out manual labour requirements
* Punctual, reliable & a team player with a can‑do attitude
* Must have current work rights in Australia
About You – Preferred
* Valid drivers licence (HR preferred)
* Experience in mining or heavy industries
