The Assistant Workplace Manager role provides a wide range of general assistance and administrative support services to ensure smooth operations of all our sites, with a focus on Telstra Health Leased Properties, whilst also interacting with other Facilities Management Teams for Telstra Lease Sites. The focus of this role will be primarily in Sydney and Brisbane, whilst assisting with some activities for other sites in Victoria and WA.

- Acting as the first point of contact for all building related issues and questions for the Telstra Health Property Portfolio
- Leading and delivering workplace services, ensuring consistently high levels of satisfaction
- Supporting teams to manage property related issues, track and report in various systems, escalating where required
- Reporting/resolving any workplace, and/or soft service issues promptly
- Coordinating site operations to ensure continuity of property services with minimum disruption to business operations and maintaining optimal employee experience
- Assisting Service Desk team with access management, AV and desktop technology matters
- Documenting and maintaining information related to property matters on internal communications platforms
- Aligning and collaborating with facilities management (FM) services team including capital works project management, asset management and maintenance, environmental services, health safety and procurement services
We are seeking someone who has experience working in a similar role, has the ability strong customer service focus with excellent communication and relationship-building skills and is comfortable with new technology and able to learn processes and troubleshoot problems.
You will come with sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook, be a self-starter who can work independently, but also contribute proactively to a strong team environment and have the ability to learn fast and deal with ambiguity. Advanced skills in time management and organisation will contribute to your success in this role.
