**Your Recent Role - Make Things Happen**
In this diverse and rewarding position, you'll be at the heart of our operations. You'll work both independently and as part of a supportive team to keep things running seamlessly. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking charge of diary and calendar management for key stakeholders
- Coordinating meeting rooms, scheduling, and setting up video/teleconferencing for smooth, efficient meetings
- Managing the iProcurement system with precision
- Organising and providing secretariat support for key meetings and committees - from agendas and papers to accurate minute-taking
- Overseeing and managing rosters to keep our team running at its best
- Providing leadership and coordination to the admin team alongside the Administration Manager
