We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to be part of our Melbourne Legal Team.

Your new role Work on standard residential purchases and sales from start to settlement and post-settlement matters; Act for vendors in distressed property sales; Act for purchasers and vendors in off the plan matters; Draft commercial documents including mortgage and lease documents; Draft correspondence and various LPI documents; Arrange and attend settlements; Occasional adverse possession claims, dealing with SRO and Land Tax. The role includes varied work in property and general commercial work with an opportunity to expand this practice and/or gain experience in other areas that the firm practices within.
Your skills and experience At least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing or property law; Some experience in other commercial areas; Reliable with high attention to detail; Good communication skills, both oral and written; Ability to work independently and in a team; Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
