Join a major Queensland public sector organisation undergoing significant digital and commercial transformation. We are seeking a Senior Contract Manage to take ownership of a diverse ICT contract portfolio and drive high‑performing vendor relationships across the business.
In this role, you will be the commercial subject‑matter expert for ICT contracts, overseeing performance, ensuring compliance, managing suppliers, and supporting contract variations, renewals, and Statements of Work. You will work closely with Procurement, ICT leadership, and operational stakeholders to deliver strong commercial outcomes and maintain effective governance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor active ICT contracts, including performance reviews and compliance.
* Lead supplier relationship management (SRM) to optimise value and mitigate risk.
* Provide commercial guidance on variations, renewals, and SoW development.
* Act as an escalation point for contractual and commercial issues.
* Support procurement planning for new ICT contracts.
* Contribute to governance framework uplift and continuous improvement.
About You
* Proven experience in ICT contract management within complex enterprise and/or public sector environments.
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contractual terms.
* Skilled at stakeholder engagement across senior levels.
* Experience in vendor management, SRM, and contract performance reporting.
* Familiarity with public sector procurement frameworks is highly regarded.
* Tertiary qualifications in commercial management, IT, business, or similar (preferred).
