This exciting role with the Personal Injury Division of MedHealth will lead key HR functions across the division including Talent Acquisition, Learning and HR advisory service.
People are at the heart of what we do and you will support the division in achieving its objectives, by partnering with key stakeholders to develop and deliver the people strategy, including the delivery of key initiatives and programs that support business growth, engagement and retention.
What will I be focusing on
- Partner with businesses leaders to achieve growth, engagement, and develop retention targets
- Foster an organisational culture that maintains a customer focus at all times
- Provide HR advice to divisional leadership team
- Keep abreast of legislative changes and up-to-date Award requirements
- Support the ongoing review and evolution of brand specific EVP/s to meet the needs of our current and future workforce
- Oversee and support the delivery of HR projects, programs and people initiatives which support retention and engagement of our people and enhance the EVP
- Manage and oversee the functioning of the Talent Acquisition, Engagement & Learning and HR advisory team
- Analyse recruitment metrics
- Develop strategies to ensure the business has sufficient resources to meet growth targets (key understanding of the labour market)
- Support and coach HR Business Partners in the management of ER matters and support the business in the management of complex and sensitive matters
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
- Leadership experience
- High levels of emotional intelligence
- A desire to improve processes and performance across the division
- Strategic thinker
- Able to analyse evidence-based data to make transparent, concise, confident changes
- Change management capabilities
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- Strong coaching abilities
- Highly organised with high attention to detail
