Are you ready to take the next step in your oil and gas career?
We have multiple exciting opportunities for experienced Wireline Operators to join our team at Condor Energy Services for a long-term project in February ****.
We are seeking experienced Wireline Operators based locally in Queensland to support our growing Operations team across Australia.
As a Wireline Operator, you will
Assist in the execution of E-line / wireline operations, including logging, perforating, plug setting, and related downhole services.
Support rig-up, rig-down, pressure testing, and function testing of wireline units and pressure control equipment (PCE).
Prepare, inspect, and maintain wireline tools, equipment, and consumables.
Follow all HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices at the wellsite.
Assist with explosives handling, transport, and storage in compliance with regulations (where applicable).
Support Senior Operator during job execution and troubleshooting activities.
Maintain accurate job documentation, checklists, and equipment records as required.
Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and pre-job planning sessions.
Maintain housekeeping standards on the wireline unit and worksite.
Assist with loading, unloading, and logistics of wireline equipment and materials.
About You
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in oil and gas field operations preferred (wireline experience advantageous).
Technical or trade background beneficial.
Willingness to learn wireline operations and develop technical skills.
Valid wellsite certifications (e.g. HUET, First Aid, confined space, etc. as applicable).
Ability to work rotational schedules and in remote environments.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and company HSE standards.
Compliance with explosives handling and transport regulations (where applicable).
Willingness to stop work and elevate safety concerns when identified.

Additional Requirements
Fit and able to travel and work in remote, physically demanding environments.
Willing and able to travel internationally for operations or training if required.
Candidates must have full working rights and be available to start immediately.
