As a Senior Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising changes to ensure the store represents our brand and culture.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the team to provide clients with meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty through promoting positive behaviours.
* Driving operational initiatives to ensure the store meets key performance indicators and promotes our brand values.
* Managing the profit and loss for the store, including monitoring stock levels to maximise sales and profitably.
Requirements for this role include:
* Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
* Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and business management skills.
