**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Provide high quality frontline client-centred service delivery and support.
- Escalate or refer special needs clients for appropriate assistance.
- Respond to client concerns and complaints.
- High level liaison skills in managing internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Supports members of Client Services teams in a range of general administrative duties.
- Manages files, records, and tracks progression of all documentation with appropriate entries on the Homenet and related systems.
- Complies with legislation, policies, and professional standards.
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service to a diverse range of clients.
- A high level of effective communication (oral and written), interpersonal and liaison skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with clients and support services.
- Highly developed organisational skills, including a high level of attention to detail, and experience in meeting tight deadlines and achieving results.
