Well-presented, you will be assisting in Sales and Administrative support, ensuring that all runs smoothly. You will be nurturing contacts to create long lasting relationships by exceeding the expectations of the customer experience and supporting a husband-and-wife team by assisting in adhoc sales duties.
**Your key duties will include (but are not limited to)**:
- Maintain and follow advertising and promotion calendars for all properties.
- Preparing for home opens/inspections (mínimal weekend work involved)
- Assisting and learning from the Agents with adhoc sales duties.
- Assisting with property appraisals, marketing campaigns/maintaining the websites.
- Experience in Database management - Identify, qualify, and categorise contacts & updating tasks and notes in the CRM system.
- Assist with preparing necessary sales documentation (authorities, contracts, comparable etc) in line with company policies and the relevant legislation.
- Achieve and report to Lead Agent on set Key Performance Indicators.
- Attend all internal training and meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
**To be successful in this highly critical role, you will require**:
- A current Registration in Real Estate Sales or be prepared to complete one
- Real Estate experience in a similar role.
- A valid Driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
- Solid employment references.
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CoreLogic & knowledge of Vault or similar CRM.
