We do more than collect the bin from your street, we also convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a JJ's HR Truck Driver | Waste Operator, you will operate a waste collection vehicle, in the Adelaide area from our Wingfield depot.
On a day-to-day basis, this role will require you to service multiple customer sites. You will be working with a safe, modern and reliable fleet, serviced and maintained in our on-site workshops.
We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.
You will enjoy family friendly hours – no more long haul, DIDO or FIFO, as well as great pay rates - particularly for those interested in overtime or additional work on weekends
Early starts (between 4-6am) and early finishes.
If you've got your HR licence, we can teach you the rest
ABOUT YOU
* Current HR license
* Rear lift, RORO, hook lift, tanker or front lift truck experience is preferred (however, full training will be provided)
* Turn up on time and can be relied on to get the job done
* You can follow a driver run sheet, but you're also able to think on your feet and work out the best way to complete your run
* Be the face of JJ's for our customers; so being approachable and professional comes naturally to you
* Safety matters to you - you follow the rules
* You're happy to complete a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test
* Provide a 5-year traffic history at the interview
