As a critical link between customers and suppliers, this role plays a pivotal part in order replenishment, communication, forecasting, data integrity, and supply chain projects.
You will be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of stock levels, including balancing forward demand. Working cross-functionally, you will influence across the organisation, taking full responsibility for your category.
Responsibilities:
* Managing orders for top retailers, including placing orders and monitoring automated orders.
* Monitoring stock levels to ensure constant adequate supply and preventing out-of-stock situations.
* Communicating effectively with stakeholders about stock issues and changes within the supply network.
* Meeting customer performance targets by following replenishment guidelines and purchasing policy.
* Managing inbound and outbound Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
