As a leading manufacturer of innovative, sustainable and high performing building products and systems, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our VIC Resellers Exteriors Sales team based in Scoresby.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing and growing a portfolio of Reseller distributors across Melbourne metro and surrounding regions
* Promoting the full CSR Exteriors portfolio, driving cross-sell opportunities across brands
* Developing and implementing growth plans with key customers to increase share of wallet
* Providing competitor, pricing, and market insights to strengthen CSR's positioning
* Maintaining an active pipeline, call cycle and weekly reporting
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum 5 years' experience in account management, business development or Reseller sales
* Proven track record in influencing, negotiating and growing revenue
* Experience in the building, construction or manufacturing materials sector
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage revenue budgets and deliver against growth targets
* Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong planning, time management and reporting discipline
