Shampoo Shop at Rockingham Centre, are looking at expanding our team. We are looking to fulfill Casual Haircare Sales assistant roles within our team. For these roles we are seeking an energetic sales superstar with an overall enthusiasm for haircare and customer service who can jump straight in with previous experience.
Responsibilities
* Passionate about haircare and a genuine interest in customer service.
* Satisfy customer needs through haircare product knowledge.
* Ability to work well within a team and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
* Stock handling/Replenishing and Merchandising.
* Cash handling and point of sale customer service.
About you
* Motivated, outgoing and reliable individual.
* Strong sales history in specialized retail and/or Hairdressing experience.
* Confidently able to provide advice about haircare.
* Dedicated work ethic with strong communication skills.
* Willing to learn and develop further skills in haircare knowledge.
* Flexible and open with your availability, able to work a variety of hours across weekdays including Late night trade and weekends with a minimum of 3 days including Saturday availability to meet the business's needs.
