O'Neills Design & Construction is expanding into Queensland.
We are looking for a commercially minded General Manager to lead and grow our QLD business — someone who wants more than just a salary and KPI's.
This is an opportunity to build something meaningful with the backing of an established Melbourne-based commercial builder delivering projects across fit-outs, refurbishments and complex live-environment works.
You will have the support of the Victorian leadership team, systems, estimating capability, delivery resources, branding and operational structure behind you — but the opportunity to make the Queensland business your own.

Proven experience within commercial construction
Leadership experience across operations, delivery or business development
Existing industry relationships within QLD
Strong commercial acumen
