Onsite AV & Infrastructure Support Technician (New South Wales, Australia)
We are seeking partners/engineers for onsite support services to assist our clients. This role operates on a dispatch/on‐call basis with support for both ticket‐based and flexible freelance/part‐time arrangements.
Mode & Scope
On‐call (SBD & NBD support) with dispatch‐ticket based service. Duties include onsite AV, infrastructure, networking and EUC support.
Responsibilities
* Support AV systems, meeting room technologies and video‐conferencing solutions.
* Provide support for Microsoft collaboration tools and meeting room environments.
* Handle basic networking tasks (LAN, cabling, connectivity troubleshooting).
* Assist with EUC support, device management and onsite IT operations.
* Support non‐Windows and non‐Microsoft devices for basic connectivity and troubleshooting.
* Deliver excellent customer service with clear communication and documentation.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of AV systems, meeting room technologies and video‐conferencing solutions.
* Experience supporting Microsoft collaboration tools and meeting room environments.
* Basic networking knowledge (LAN, cabling, connectivity troubleshooting).
* Exposure to EUC support, device management and onsite IT operations.
* Ability to support non‐Windows and non‐Microsoft devices for basic connectivity and troubleshooting.
* Excellent customer service, communication and documentation skills.
