We're looking for a calm, friendly and organised admin assistant to support our clients and team in purchasing real estate across the ACT region.

About the role:
You'll play a key role in helping our clients navigate the property-buying journey in a calm and stress-free manner.
Experience in real estate is not required, however a keen interest in property is desirable.
A diligent, careful nature with strong attention to detail will help you succeed in the role. This is an opportunity to expand your skillset, work directly beside highly experienced staff who will support and guide you at every stage, and work as part of a small team where you can enjoy learning about an emerging industry. There is room for growth in the role and career progression for the right applicant.
You'll work across a range of routine and non-routine tasks from handling inquiries, updating our client portal, accompanying staff to property inspections, preparing property reports, compiling documents for auction and post-purchase assistance for clients. A highly-organised nature, the ability to handle technology, and a keen eye for detail will be invaluable in the role.
The position supports existing staff members in their client-facing work. You'll be guided and lead by a multi-award winning agency based in Manuka.
Employment would commence at the end of January 2026.

Hours:
The role is initially offered at 20 hours per week and may increase over time. Hours worked will fluctuate from week to week, but on average the role will require around 15-25 hours per week. Some Saturday work is essential to the role, typically between 9am-2pm.
The role may support the ability to work from home for a limited range of tasks, once established in the role.
Local resident:
The position requires local residency as you'll be required to attend properties across Canberra in person.
Qualifications:
As part of the role, you'll be required to obtain an Assistant Agent entry-level qualification in Real Estate. This short course can be done online and the course fee will be covered. Further information can be found here:
