Key Responsibilities
– Prepare ingredients and cook dishes following recipe specifications.
– Ensure all kitchen areas are clean and comply with food hygiene standards.
– Monitor ingredient stock and communicate shortages promptly.
– Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
– Comply with all Health & Safety regulations.
– Ability to guide newer cooks/staff when needed in the future.
– Learn and suggest new recipes when required.
What We’re Looking For
– Experience cooking in a fast-paced kitchen, preferably with Chinese/Asian cuisine.
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining food quality.
– Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
– A proactive attitude and a sense of workplace responsibility with a commitment to learning and growth.
– Certifications in Food Handling or willingness to complete one.
