I’m currently partnering with a well-established, values-driven provider to find a Sales Manager for their retirement living portfolio across Melbourne. This isn't just about moving units; it’s about guiding families through a major life transition with transparency, empathy, and professional excellence. The Opportunity You will take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to settlement. You’ll be the face of the community, driving occupancy while ensuring the "village vibe" remains premium and welcoming. Commercial Ownership: Drive unit sales performance and marketing outcomes against set KPIs. Operational Oversight: Manage unit refurbishments and ensure all contracts/disclosure documents are compliant and crystal clear. Strategic Input: Provide market insights for upcoming development projects and refine the value proposition for the portfolio. Relationship Management: Build deep trust with prospective residents and collaborate closely with Village Managers to ensure a seamless "move-in" experience. What’s in it for you? Technical Savvy: Strong knowledge of village operations, statutory requirements, and resident agreements. The "Soft" Skills: You’re compassionate, patient, and an exceptional communicator. Qualifications: A degree in Property, Marketing, or Business is highly regarded but your results and reputation matter most.
