We are looking for a Trade Qualified Butcher to grow within a high-performing team at our James Street location in Fortitude Valley, with a goal of long-term employment.
This is a permanent full-time position - with an immediate start available!

To be successful in this position, you must have the following:
* Trade qualified butcher, preferably with gourmet experience
* A passion for your trade
* Team player with good communication skills
* Experienced in value adding & gourmet lines
* Well presented & customer service focused
* Reliable transport as 5AM starts are essential
