Role Overview
This leadership position is responsible for managing stakeholders and subject-matter experts involved in the development and delivery of the Electronic Train Control System (ETCS) Traffic Management System, Electronic Train Graph, and related systems.
The role requires a high level of operational project, change, and risk management skills, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills. The successful candidate will have substantial knowledge of rail network operations and be able to manage multi-disciplinary professionals effectively.
The ETCS Development Manager will work closely with technology partners to ensure systems, processes, and methods are in place, and will be responsible for compliance with safety frameworks and outcomes across the scope of work.
