Job Overview
You will be based in the Sydney office for a minimum of three days a week, with flexibility to work from home as needed.
Responsibilities
* Actively pursue new clients, including unlisted companies, competitor clients and new market entrants such as IPOs and M&A activity.
* Build and maintain strategic referral relationships with lawyers, investment bankers, brokers and custodians.
* Develop and execute targeted sales plans and campaigns to generate and convert pipeline opportunities.
* Represent Computershare at key industry events, strengthening networks and creating compelling reasons for prospects to engage.
* Maintain accurate and timely sales pipeline and activity reporting.
Qualifications
* Proven experience driving new‐to‐firm client acquisition and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify, qualify and convert complex sales opportunities.
* Established relationships or clear capability to build influence with key market participants (e.g., lawyers, investment bankers, brokers, custodians).
* Demonstrated success developing and executing targeted sales strategies and go‐to‐market campaigns.
* Confident, credible presence at industry events and ability to represent the organization and create compelling client value propositions.
* Ability to collaborate across enterprise teams to deliver coordinated, client‐centric solutions.
* Strong pipeline management discipline with accurate forecasting and activity reporting.
* Highly motivated, proactive and resilient approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and results.
