A leading steel supplier is seeking a dedicated customer-focused professional to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, processing quotes and providing sales support while maintaining accurate reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage customer inquiries, complaints and feedback
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver sales solutions and provide excellent customer service
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and improve customer retention
* Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including sales history and customer communication
Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles or sales administration
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP software systems
