About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team. This full-time position involves undertaking high-quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles. You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and computer skills while interacting with a range of people.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers
2. Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
3. Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online
4. Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
5. Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
6. Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner
7. Assisting with production management of the centre as required
8. Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry. Experience with AudaNet is highly desirable.
You should possess excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers. Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities are also essential.
