Senior Sales Director Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Director to lead our national sales team and drive explosive growth across our network.
This is not a steady-state role. It's a build, lead, and scale mission, where you will be responsible for leading the expansion of a national Business Development (BDM) team, building strong partner relationships, and ensuring off-the-plan sales volumes grow 25%+ year on year.
You will oversee the contracts function, ensuring deals move from signed to unconditional with speed and accuracy, and work closely with vendors to launch and sell out new residential projects.
About the Position
* Recruit, lead, and coach a national team of BDMs
* Drive off-the-plan sales growth across multiple states
* Manage and grow relationships with top referral partners
* Oversee the contracts team and drive high conversion to unconditional
* Lead presentations, project launches, and roadshows
* Build out sales systems, CRM processes, and partner engagement strategies
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Proven off-the-plan residential sales experience
* Strong leadership across sales and contract management
* Experience managing national referral or aggregator networks
* Salesforce skills
