About Position

As a client Partner, own and grow strategic Retail accounts in ANZ by building executive relationships, driving multi-year revenue growth, and shaping large digital transformation deals.

Act as a trusted advisor ensuring strong delivery governance.

What You'll Do

* Client Relationship & Account Ownership
* Own and manage executive-level relationships with client stakeholders (C‐suite, CIO, CDO, CTO, Business Heads).
* Act as the trusted advisor to clients, deeply understanding their business strategy, industry context, and transformation priorities.
* Serve as the escalation point for strategic, commercial, and delivery matters across the account lifecycle.
* Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
* Drive annual and multi‐year revenue growth through new deals, renewals, and expansion of existing engagements.
* Identify and shape opportunities across digital engineering, cloud, data, AI, modernization, managed services, and product engineering.
* Lead account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, invoicing on time, and deal governance for assigned accounts.
* Strategic Engagement & Deal Shaping
* Lead large, complex pursuits including RFPs, strategic programs, and multi‐tower engagements.
* Define value propositions, engagement models, commercials, and operating models aligned to client outcomes.
* Partner with solution architects, delivery leaders, and alliances to create differentiated proposals.
* Delivery Governance & Customer Success
* Ensure strong delivery governance, transparency, and metrics‐driven performance across all engagements.
* Sponsor delivery excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement to ensure client satisfaction and long‐term retention.
* Balance growth ambitions with delivery quality, margin, and sustainable operating models.
* Internal Leadership & Orchestration
* Orchestrate Persistent's internal ecosystem including delivery, technology practices, COEs, and global teams.
* Good experience working across timezones with teams to drive outcomes.
* Work closely with regional leadership, practice heads, and partners to align account strategy with corporate priorities.
* Key Outcomes & Measures of Success
* Revenue growth and wallet share expansion within strategic accounts aligned with company and geo growth.
* Client relationship, satisfaction, retention, and referenceability.
* Successful execution of large transformation and managed service programs.
* Strong governance, predictable delivery, and margin management.
* Growth of Persistent's strategic footprint and executive relevance with clients.

Expertise You'll Bring

* 12–18+ years of Sales leadership experience in IT services, digital engineering, or consulting organizations.
* Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts with organic growth delivered YOY.
* Strong understanding of Retail Propositions, digital engineering, cloud, data, AI, and modernization programs.
* Executive presence with the ability to influence C‐level stakeholders; worked closely in a consult mode with CIO and CMO's.
* Strong commercial acumen, deal structuring, and negotiation skills.
* Experience working with global delivery and offshore/nearshore models.
