Job Description
We are seeking a Network Configuration Validation Specialist to join Tata Consultancy Services, Asia Pacific, and contribute to our sustainable technology initiatives.
Skills & Experience
* Strong network fundamentals (CCNA level or equivalent)
* Experience reviewing configs and connectivity outcomes
* Ability to identify errors (diagnostic skills helpful but not required)
* Exposure to Cisco environments; ACI familiarity at review level
* Detail-oriented, evidence driven, good written communication
Nice to Have
* Previous network testing or assurance experience
* Enterprise migration or cutover exposure
Key Responsibilities
* Review network configuration outputs to confirm correctness
* Validate connectivity (interfaces, basic packet checks, pings)
* Identify issues and raise defects with clear evidence
* Capture screenshots, config extracts, logs, and test results in QMetry
* Liaise between Test teams and Project Network Engineers
* Support migration test windows, including occasional weekends
